When calling you need to have a few things in mind, is it a one story or two story home

It is $999.00 to level the home "$1499.00" if two story due to the weight of the home.
We do charge $50.00 dollars to access, but we take the $50.00 off the price of the level,
so it would be $949.00 "1449.00 two story" at the time of leveling if in fact all you need
done is leveling.
If there is anything additional it would be the wood work underneath the home. If any of
your seals or joist need to be replaced it is additional but what they will do for you is cut
and splice where they can to save you any money they can on the wood.
Our contractors use airbags so it doesn't take them long to get the job done.
All we will need from you when you call is your name, address, city, state, zip, phone,
cell phone, work phone, and all the information on the property that is needed.
When the job is completed we offer 90 day WARRANTIES, if anything is going to happen
it will usually happen in the first 30 days, and we will schedule your home for repair.
If you are alright with our prices we can just schedule a crew to come out and actually
access and do the job the same day.
